I want to delete all the default sites

It's easy. Go to the folder where your widgets are saved. Open forcespeeddiallogos-1.4.2-1.oex (different numbers depending on version) with WinRAR and open db.js (located in the folder named 'includes') with Notepad. Remove everything so you end up with this:
var FORCE_SPEED_DIAL_LOGOS_DEFAULTS = {
};
Then save it and use WinRAR to replace the original.
Done!
